Mr. Usman joined CMHS in January 1992 under Medical Education Department.  He worked in the “Pavilion”, the name provided to the class room building of CMHS in Al Ain Hospital.  A lone staff member assigned full time in Pavilion got shifted to CMHS in 2005 where he took more assignments related to teaching infrastructure. Mr. Usman got involved with the Assessment Centre from it’s inception in 2010 and manages the center till now.  His dedication and responsible attitude fetched 3 times best staff employee award and once The Chancellor Award. Over the years, he became an excellent Administrative Assistant CMHS is proud to showcase.

“When I started working in CMHS in early 1992, I never imagined this is going to be my place of work until my retirement. 30 plus long years of service in the same organization can mean only one thing.  As much as I enjoy working in CMHS, CMHS also enjoyed employing me.  Coming from a humble educational background, the opportunities the College gave me to enhance my skills are enormous.  Interactions with people from different culture and background has made me truly a global citizen.  My job mostly involve interacting with students.  During my earlier career days, I was responsible for the upkeep of their clinical class rooms and over the years, it progressed to me being their assessment center coordinator.  Students even after graduation, remembers me and say hello even in crowded shopping malls, which makes me feel happy.  CMHS is truly my soul belongs!!!
