Mr. Usman joined CMHS in January 1992 as a member of the Medical Education Department. He began his service at the “Pavilion,” the name given to the CMHS classroom building at Al Ain Hospital, where he was the sole staff member assigned on a full-time basis. In 2005, he moved to the main CMHS campus and assumed additional responsibilities related to teaching facilities and infrastructure.

From the establishment of the Assessment Centre in 2010, Mr. Usman played an integral role in its development and continued to manage the Centre until his final working day. His dedication, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility earned him the Best Staff Employee Award three times, as well as the Chancellor’s Award. Over the years, he distinguished himself as an exceptional Administrative Assistant—someone CMHS has been proud to count among its valued staff members
